Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories (where applicable).
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear caused after delivery.

Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Roomflowy cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost during transit.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item.
  • Photos of the product packaging.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we’ll determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or store credit where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other practical reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that have been:

  • Used after delivery.
  • Damaged by improper handling.
  • Returned without prior communication.
  • Returned outside the eligible return period.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and display the refund.


Exchanges

At this time, Roomflowy does not guarantee product exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we’ll review your case individually and determine the most appropriate resolution.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe something is missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs where applicable.

We’ll investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
